SO.FASHION

I have been asked to design the promo for So.Fashion organised by the fashion events lot at uni. The event takes place at Bar.So in May and will showcase new designers as well as second hand, vintage and 'jumble sale' goods. The brief is very open and they just want me to create something eye-catching and unique.

As a starting point, I thought about the idea of 'old & new', as the event will be selling old/vintage goods as well as new designs, and will be sort of a jumble sale.
Using my installation style I first photographed inside the vintage Clobber in Boscombe, equipped with mirrored and white cut out diamond shapes card to hold up in the shop, this would then become the event info and the contrasting factor between the old clothes in the shop and the new.
I then used elements of collage to represent that old fashioned patchwork feel and jumble sale impression.
